​The Nepali Ayurvedic Massage taught in this course is the same technique taught to us in Kathmandu, Nepal, by Dr. Sarita Shrestha, M.D. (Ayurveda), OB/GYN .  (The hot stone pillows are supplements inspired by our work in Nepal, and not part of the traditional technique).
